Is all of your candy made in the USA?
Yes, while the raw candy comes from various manufacturers, our freeze-drying process
is 100% made in the USA. We take pride in ensuring that the final product meets our quality standards right here at home!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location within the United States, the weight and the shipping service you choose. Generally, each upgrade in delivery speed roughly doubles the shipping fee— for example, the "2 Business Days" option will be about twice as expensive as the "3 to 4 Business Days" option. Why is shipping so expensive?
We understand that shipping can be quite expensive. Unfortunately, shipping costs are influenced by weight, and bulk candy tends to have a high shipping-to-product cost ratio. For example, if you purchase a high-end smartphone for $1,000, the shipping might be around $15 (just 1.5% of the price). In contrast, when you order $1,000 worth of candy, the shipping could be around $150 (15% of the total cost). If you place a smaller order, like $20 worth of candy, the shipping might even match that amount. Products like electronics or clothing are usually lighter, which means their shipping costs represent a smaller percentage of the overall order. Unfortunately, candy’s weight makes it less competitive in this regard!
Can I pick up my candy order myself at your warehouse?
Absolutely! If you’re in the Canton area of Georgia, you can save on shipping costs by picking up your candy order directly from our warehouse. Just make sure to place your order online first, and wait for a phone call or email from us confirming that your order is ready for pick-up before you come in. Please note that we need up to two business days to process your order. If you have an urgent deadline or will be in the area on a specific date, give us a call, and we’ll see if we can expedite your order for you. We look forward to seeing you!
What is the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum on all US orders.
Why do you want my telephone number?
We only ask for your phone number to reach out if there’s a need to discuss your order. Rest assured; we won’t use it for any other purpose.
